glitter window
 

I've seen a couple samples with "glitter windows" and packing tape. Can someone tell me how these are done? I can't find directions.

Very simply! Just punch out your hole in the cardstock apply the packing tape sticky side up (behind the hole) and then sprinkle with dazzling diamonds (or any glitter, I guess). The dazzling diamonds glitter still allows and image stamped behind the window to show through.
