Glitter window ??
 

This may sound crazy - but in a 'glitter window' card does the glitter end up on the OUTSIDE of the card - compared to a shaker card when the glitter is INSIDE and moving??

If this glitter window uses clear shipping tape, the sticky part is on the outside, since it is attached on the inside. The glitter is applied three times on the outside. This is how I was taught. Check out my globes in my gallery. Hope this helps.
