Default Magic Cards sticking

I just made my first magic card and it's adorable....except for one thing. The acetate is so static-y that it's hard to pull the sliding part up! I've used my embossing buddy, but it still is sticky.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Did you use the window sheets from SU! or something else?

I'd like to know before I try to make one. . .

I had this problem also when we did these for my last class. But I didn't have any problem when I made my sample. THe window sheets were SU and from the same package.

I did use some generic overhead transparencies. Maybe that's the problem. I do have SU window sheets, so maybe I'll try those. The static from the sheet is the only reason I can see that it'd be sticking. The CS is loose in the slot it pulls through.

Thanks for all of your ideas.
