Default Layered Big Notes???

I have seen several cards with the Big Notes Die Cut where they are layered (one is a about 1/4" or so smaller). I thought maybe you cut the one with the die and then mount it onto another color and then cut it by hand. But they look so perfect.

I believe the Top Note die has a perforated edge. To mat you just take that edge off the inner Top Note.

that's exactly what I did and it works great. I had to use a sanding block to smooth the perforated edge

I use my Paper Snips to cut off the perforated edge as well. You just need to take your time and have some patience.
