Default Gerber Puffs Container

I am needing some creative help. I have two boys 11 months and 27 months. I go through Gerber Puffs like crazy. I noticed when you peal the outside off the containers are plain white with a blue lid. I am sure there is a really neat super creative thing to do with these but I keep drawing a blank. In the mean time I keep saving them just in case I think of something. Can you ladies help me please? I am being buried under tons of these containers in fear that the day the trash man comes and takes these things I will finally come up with a creative use for them.

TIA
Shannon

I am attaching a picture of the container

Could they be used in place of paint cans for the Memory Cans?

I used to save similar containers like this for our pre-school. Each year they had a unit that would require the making of musical intruments. They would have a selection of items to insert (rocks, marbles, rice, etc)and then would decorate. I haven't even a clue how many boxes of containers I provided to them.

Based on the height, it looks like you could re-package food stuffs into them for gifts, choc covered pretzel sticks, pirouettes etc and decorate the outside with a new handstamped label.

If I think of more, I'll drop back.
