On Board Art Journal Binding

I took the binding off a couple of months ago, and know I can't remember how to put it back on in the right order. Can anyone help me put my book back together. Thanks.

I don't have mine in front of me, but I just basically eased the coils away from each other, and gradually inserted the cover back in. It seemed to go together fairly easily, but I had to look at it a bit first. Clear as mud????
