Go to RobertSabuda.com for several patterns for folding-from simple to complex. His pop up books are amazing!

The one from Chicago regionals is in my gallery. I took pix of it there.
I also made a tutorial of my own...pm me your email and I will send it to you.
:D

Barbaralash 10-21-2006 04:36 PM

Hi ! I 'm not sure this is the one - I already looked at it --doesn't look like the one done in Chicago. I would love your opinion about this. If you go to our website -under CHicago Regionals --look at the tree with the Recollections paper. I don't think it's the same one. (pattern I mean) Would appreciate your opinion.
thanks so much!

SORRY it's taking so long! SCS is apparently having server troubles again. I think I'm ready to send it any second now. LOL Thanks for being patient!

And Barbara, the pix in my gallery was taken at the Chicago Regionals. That IS the one they actually demo'd on stage for us. I swear!!! :D

lanastamps 10-22-2006 08:29 AM

Hi All, I've been bombarded by emails since offering up my tutorial to barbara. I won't be sending out any more individual emails of it...I just can't keep up w/ demand and take care of my 16month old at the same time. SORRY!!!!! Maybe I'll get brave later this week and actually post my tutorial.
Thanks for understanding!

Here's a recent tutorial posted by Jeannie for the fold on that Christmas Tree card demonstrated at the Chicago Regional: //www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=179135&highlight=origami

Hope that helps. :D

Hi Everyone:)
We just did this tree at PaperTrails in Billings, Mt. Turned out awesome. I used some crystals and attached them to a brown paper bag for a gift with snowflakes and they are so awesome. Fun Fun Fun

Folded tree

Hi,

Can anybody help?? I'm looking for instructions for the folded tree card. New member.

Thanks

Patti White 12-06-2006 11:07 AM

Hi everyone,

If it is the card I am thinking of the tree was made with the pieces left from the paper star ornament.

The ends you cut off fromt he paper start ornaments are shaped almost like a tree. In the card I am speaking off they put two together, four rows and your tree is shaped.

Hope this helps....

Patti
