Default What is this fold called??

I am looking for either a template or instructions on how you make this invitation. My son wants a pirate birthday party and I woud love to case this invitation, but am not sure how to make it. Please help???

I don't know what the fold is called. If I were to give it a name I would call it a box-top fold. It seems to me that if your finished card is 4 X 4in, then start with an 8 x 8in piece of paper...fold each side in at 2 in and then unfold it before making the next fold...that leaves you with a 2 X 2in square in each corner....cut these corners out and the rest is decorating. Hope that helps until the real instructions come along.
