I searched and can't come up with anything for how to do this!

Whoa! I think it is awesome and pm'd her and asked her to please share. I can however see that it is just an accordion folded card and then she put the smaller tabs on one way and the larger squares are on the other way. Check it out again. then later it states she plans to put pictures on the larger squares. There is a band to close the whole thing which makes me believe it is a bit bulky. Way cool, though. Let you know if I hear from her....

I think it's a flag card...can't find the link at the moment... I *know* I've seen instructions for that before!
