Default Color Blocking???

I am looking for the directions to make those beautiful cards in the gallery. I am pretty sure they said it was color blocking. It's like you stamp your image, cut it up, then attach to your card with little space's between each block, or shape you cut. I know that can't be right because it wouldn't fit on the card if there were space's left. If anyone knows what I am trying to say, could you point me in the right direction. I've looked in technique's and couldn't find it. Thanks!!

I believe you are thinking of the Colour Blocking technique. There are instructions & examples for this in one of the TLC's (Technique Lovers Challenges):

I hope this helps! =)

To do my colorblocking, I set up templates in Word (using the drawing tools) drawing my blocks out using boxes. Then I would print them, place them on top of cardstock (i would pick out what colors would go where first) & cut them out...then I stamped the pieces.... I hope this makes sense!

I'm sorta OCD~ everything's gotta be as close to perfect as I can make it... but this worked really well for me!
