Sometimes the best way to learn is to actually view something being created. I thought it would be fun to start a thread with some of our favorite you tube tutorials. Any videos from blogs also welcome.
I will start by adding a link to a Shadowbox Card we will be making this month at my Stamp Club meeting. It is super easy but very cute!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOPn4NfNvTM This is a tutorial on how you can color glass items with alcohol inks. I've done a few and they really turn out nice. It's a good idea to do this during the warmer months because the fumes give you a killer of a headache.
Here is a great tutorial from a blog that I go on very frequently. It shows how to include an insert for the sweet treat cups so you can still use the card when the candy is gone.
Thanks for these videos. The butterfly/pansy is a must make. I made the sweet treat cups w/the back slide for Valentine cards. Didn't have SU cups so I used Wilton candy/cookie cups. Worked great.
Hi Jen, funny meeting you here...its Kathleen from your stampin club!! Just happened upon this looking for a tutorial on the sweet treat cups that I am borrowing from you LOL!! Thanks for helping me out.
