Default Still trying to figure out the altoid tin

I am still trying to figure out how you make such a perfect picture on the top of an Altoid tin. Did you stamp the picture and color it in and attach it some how to the lid, and then use the double sided paper on top of that, then add clear micro beads? I am having people come up over the next weekend and we all want to make these and I don't have a clue.
