Explosion box Tutorial

Anyone know where I can find a free explosion box tutorial or template. It seems that a lot of them are from websites that want you to pay $5 for the tutorial.

Thank you. I was actually looking for one that was a mini album in an explosion box. I guess I should have specified that but this will give me a place to start at least.

Thanks those are the ones that I was looking for. The second one from Glitter Adventure is the best one I've seen yet. I need detailed step by step instructions with measurements and it has all of them. Thanks to everyone for your help.
