Smile Need Help with pencil toppers!
Hi Everyone! I was hoping to find someone who had a template/instructions for pencil toppers. I am organizing a Halloween craft for my daughter's 3rd grade class & thought this would be cute.
There are some adorable ones in the gallery that have google eyes, but any ideas that you have would help!
