Envelope Scrapbook

Envelope Scrapbook

The Envelope Scrapbook is made with the Simply Scrappin' kits from

Stampin' Up! What you do is take one sheet of the printed card stock and cut

it in half(approximately 6 x 12 when cut). Take a piece of the plain card stock

from the kit and cut it in half(about 5 7/8 x 11 7/8) On long side of card stock

score at 6 inches and at 6 1/2 inches. Do this on all four pieces of card stock.

Adhere plain pieces of card stock to the printed card stock. The plain card stock

will act as a liner for the printed card stock. Adhere the 6 inch side from both

pieces of lined card stock overlapping each other. The two remaining flaps will

overlap and act as the cover and opening.

Take 6 or more Stampin' Up envelopes and fold the envelope flap backwards.

Adhere the first flap of the envelope to the middle 6 inch section of the scrapbook

folder. Adhere the next envelope flap to the first envelope and so on until all are

adhered to each other.

Cut 6 pieces of card stock in coordinating colors(there should be some in the kit)

4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Take one of the adhesive backed die cuts from the kit and adhere

on top of one of the pieces of card stock overlapping part way on the card stock

and part way off. Take a piece of coordinating cardstock and stick to the back of

the sticky backed part of the die cut still exposed. Trim around the card stock to

match the die cut. Continue this for each 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece alternating the die

cuts from the middle, left side and right side. Slide each piece of card stock in the

envelopes. The diecuts will serve as a handle to take out the card stock. You

will put your photo on the front of this card stock and you

can have people write notes
on the back.

You can get 4 of these scrapbooks out of a Simply Scrappin' kit!
