Hi All - Can anyone explain to me how to watercolor with the reinkers? I've seen so many cards with beautiful, deep color that I love! When I try to do it, however, my attempts are less than attractive. (Picture one solid color rather than variations in color.) What am I doing wrong?
I'm not sure what the correct way to do this is, but when I want to watercolor with my reinkers I take the coordinating color ink pad and open it. Then I put a few drops of the reinker inside the lid of the ink pad and then I use that and my aqua painter to watercolor. Water coloring with my reinkers gives me darker more vibrant colors.
While there isn't a listing for watercoloring with re-inkers, there are several helpful links about watercoloring in the Resources section. Click the following link then scroll to the bottom to find the watercoloring selections (but be prepared to get sidetracked by the other offerings):
