Default Black glossy cardstock

Help...I can't remember where I read it but someone out there talked alot about black glossy cardstock and some really great techniques to do with it...I found some today and was wondering if there was anyone out there with some great ideas to do with it...I found it at Ben Franklins craft store for .50 a sheet(8.5x11).

this site uses black glossy cardstock and Pearl Ex powders

or look through the rest of the site to see if there are more uses for it

Default Try Faux Linen

I recently made a card with black glossy and sanded it down to make it look like faux linen. then I stamped it with chalk inks. I liked the look of it.

That's beautiful Beate! I have some bright blue glossy cardstock that I will have to try that on.

I just Love it!!!! Everything you do is just exquisite. I am curious...how much time per day do you work on these things...Is it an everyday job that you are doing or are you just magically creative...I am starting to catch the fire and I must say that it is overtaking my life...I go to bed at night thinking of different ways to treat cardstock...I almost feel like a scientist with paper as my victim!!
LOL. Anyway, I am always thrilled with your creativity. Thank you so much. If you can give my some guidelines as to the success of your business, I would be very greatful.

I bought mine at a craft store called Ben Franklin....They had a ton of it in red, black, navy and others that were glossy.
