Cool Bonding help needed

Can anyone suggest a bonding agent that will hold paper to "foam" cardstock?
I have used the doublesided tape but it does not stay. The dots work better, but lift the image higher than I had hoped. Since the foam is already thicker than most cardstock, I don't want to end up with all of the layers elevated 3D.
Anyone have suggestions? Thanks

Maybe Crystal Effects, Mono Multi or Super Glue?

I don't think I know what you mean by foam cardstock. Are you talking about the thin sheets of colored foam that you can die cut and craft with? If so, I think you need a liquid glue... either Mono Multi or Allene's.

yes, that is what it is I believe. It just is in a 8 1/2 X 11 sheet. The look is good for my project if I can just get it to stay stuck. Thanks for the advise both of you , I will give them a try.
