Sometimes I have this problem because when I am cutting the paper, I am not cutting it perfectly enough and theres a little bit more than there should be. Dont know how, because I measure it, but then when i trim that little bit it always helps. Maybe I wasnt punching in far enough, but then again how would I do that if it lines up in the corner? I dont know....
I've had that problem with the Southwest Corner. I have found you really need to make sure your card stock is cut at a perfet 90% angle. If you are at 85% it seems to screw up the punch. The slotted punches seem to work better than the Southwest Corner.
