Default Flowers on page 123 of 2010-2011 catalog

Does anyone know how to make those accordian folded flowers on page 123 of the new catalog? I have a customer who wanted to know. I assume it is a scallop circle folded back and forth, but I'm not sure, so I thought I'd ask

That's what it looks like to me... I think some must be done with the new larger scallop circle punch. They sure are pretty, I hadn't even noticed them till now!!

Check out this SCS tutorial from our resources forum ... it's very close ... looks like you might add a scalloped circle punch for the edges.

;)

The "recipe" indicates that the scallop punch was used.
