Here's a link to Julia's blog where she has this tutorial with the slit punch. It works pretty much the same with the corner rounder. You just have to remove the guard.

Thank you! I have the slit punch...I'll try it that way!

Thanks for sharing the link... I've was searching high and low for a scalloped border punch. I was able to get by using a scalloped Coluzzle border. Finally a really sweet lady (thanks Mary) told me to use a corner rounder. ;)
I'm not sure if there is a tutorial for this. Basically, you just take the guard off the punch and punch it along the edges of your paper.

very cool technique 3boys. Why doesnt someone come up with a big scallop punch with the curve in the right direction to make big scallops easy for us! That would be awesome! Or even a paper edge punch that cuts very large scallops! They would sell!

does this only work with a stampinup corner rounder? I have a marvy uchida one, and there is a back part that looks like it would unscrew and possibly work, but i don't want to break it trying this. i sort of reverse stuck it in the hole a little bit, and it worked, it just needs to go in further, and might work if i unscrew the back darker blue part. does anyone know?
