Default help!

I jsut made the cutest holder to give as a gift. it is made out of a folder and i cut it and then used it to hold cards and threaded a ribbon through it. Its really cute, but the only problem is, i cant upload anything. I dont know if im just not doing to right, but when i try to upload a card, it gives me this message: "The file you uploaded was not an acceptable format." Anyone know what i should do?

Open the picture, then go to the menu bar and click "save as", then in the window that opens, you can leave the file name the same but change the format (generally a drop down right below the file name) to jpg. Then click save. That should do it!
