Default Drunken Chalks?

Hi,
I am new to this site, and fairly new to stamping. Loving both!! I saw a couple of cards done with this technique(Drunken Chalks). They are amazing! Now I NEED to find out how they were done! Can anyone help me out? Thanks a bunch, Happy Stampin!!!!

Default Thanks camsmom

Thank you for the tip! I got way more than I bargained for! Now I need to go shopping. After all, that is the other fun part of stamping, accumulating all the stuff!!!! Thanks.
