Dominio HELP!!
I need all the help I can get on these. If you have links with directions, tips, or even tricks please share them with me.
Thanks so much. Lynn |
Hi,
Alchol ink's are awesome on them, Ranger makes adirondack caried by michaels, jo anns, & archivers. You can also emboss on them. use a versa mark pad and some embossing powder. My tip is when you use your craft heat gun use a metal pair of tongs when heating because ouch it burns like a son of gun. I like to seal with a matt sealer. You must Seal!!!! Also if you have to drill a hole make sure you have a way to grip the domino my hubby didn't and really grumbled about the 24 he had to drill. good luch they are very addictive once you start you never stop!!!! |
Thanks ROger

Now that gives me another question what do i use to seal with?
|
Also what are the best type of markers to use on them if I don't want to use embossing and such?
|
Oh one last one what is the difference in technique wise using the regular dominios and the wooden ones? or is there any?
|
Lets see I used an Acrylic matte sealer purchased at Michaels
I like the plastice ones myself I have yet to use wood I have heard Staz on ink works well Hmm as to what markers umm dunno, I would just experiment a little and see what happens!!! I loved using the alchohol inks they cover so well and give them a unique background that none are the same!!!! Good luck!! Shelley |
