Does anyone know a flop book design

This is a link to the design gallery of flop books by Lippy Chick, they are hard to get hold of in England, and they look like a simple fold, so I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get instructions for creating something similar?

A Squash Book is very similar.. and there are directions in the Resources Section of this site under Projects. Just scroll down to Squash Books. Not exactly like that one you linked to, but similar enough! You may be able to retrofit the directions to make it how you like, maybe by using just 2 pieces of paper instead of 3.
