View Finder Card??

I know this has to be around somewhere, but I simply can't find it.

Does anyone have a link or instructions on making the view finder interactive wheely card thingies?

(How's that for a description?)

I'd like to use it with my Loads of Love and LOL Accessories sets to make some cute cards for the spring.

ANY help ...
