Step or stair card instructions?

Not sure what it is called but a few weeks ago I saw a tutorial on making a card that had different steps or stairs on it. When you opened the card there were different levels....I think it was a birthday card...

Any help as to where I can find the instructions would be appreciated:p

Got me! But I am making the Tri-fold shutter card and it has different levels. Is that what you want? Warning--the first one is a boogerbear to make. I had to adjust the tutorial dimensions a little to get it to work.
