Crystal Effects - Drying Time

How long does it take for Crystal Effects to dry after applying?

my experience has been a long time. Sorry I don't have exact time but it does take awhile. I think it can also depend on the weather (humid vs. dry) but don't know for this for a fact - just my observation.

I'm not sure if this helps but I would say at least a couple of hours and depending how much you've used, it could take over night! HTH.

I know this is a straight answer, but it totally depends on how heavily you apply it.

If it is just a very light application it shouldn't take too long (I've noticed it takes longer here where there is more humidity than it used to in California), but if you use heavier application it will take quite a while. I have used almost "blobs" on some of my cards, I've just left them to dry overnight because I got tired of sticking my fingers into still sticky crystal effects ...

Yep! It depends on how thick you are using it. I've used a very thin layer to seal a dominoe using a paint brush, that only took 15 minutes to dry. I would recommed letting any project dry overnight to be safe.

sorry

I did quite a thick layer of CE on a domino so that it would be extra shiny, and I'd say it dried in less than 1 hour. A thin layer dries in 10 to 15 minutes. I live in Utah, where it is pretty dry. HTH.
