Question Easel card recipients?

Today's TLC has a lovely "twisted" easel card and although I've never attempted, I've seen many other easel cards in the galleries. If you're giving a card in person, it's easy to show the recipient how to stand it up. But if you're mailing it, and admittedly not everyone will know this card displays so nicely, I'm wondering if you send "instructions" along. Does someone have simple wording that enlightens and informs?

That's funny. Happened to me too. I sent one to my mom too and she wondered why I didn't sign the card. I had to show her how to open it.

That will work perfectly--easy to follow the template with diagram as well as clear instructions--thanks so much

I sent one to my mum for her 84th birthday and found it standing up sideways on her mantle shelf LOL!

If you follow this link, you will find a sheet of little pictures of an easel card, and how to display them. I saved the image, then printed it onto a sheet of sticky labels. HTH
