Red face Faux Silk

I am looking for a card I saw here I cannot find it but it was made with faux purple silk paper, I am not sure if It was a purse or not. If anyone can help, thank you.

Could this be the faux silk technique using tissue paper? Check out the "Try a new technique" forum, it's TLC40. They give directions for faux silk.
