Default Petal CArd Folding

Hi. I was going through some blogs looking for Easter inspiration and came across this folding technique. Does anyone know where we can get a template for this?

Shouldn't be hard to create one to the size you want. Draw a hexagon, extend out in rectangle shape from each side, figure length to the middle of hexagon and round the corners to fit.
