I think it comes from the Sweet treats cartridge. I hope that is the right one.

It doesn't look too hard. Just design a square box with a rounded top. Give it sides only where the square is, then glue the hearts on later. This is definitely doable without a cartridge.

Sorry if that's not much help. If I had more disposable time today, I might give it a whirl. But I'm a bit busy, and I thought maybe one of the rest of you would be interested in trying your hand at it.
