Back of Altered Clipboard

Do you paint the back of your altered clipboard? Just curious as I'm in the middle of painting my first one.

I only paint the edges of the clipboards, front and back sides. Then I cover both sides with paper. I figure that people, (like teachers who usually get mine) may often have the back side exposed if they carry it around with them.

The back is what I make the more decorative side for hte same reason as Judyw gave. That's what people will see more.
