Default Question about stamping with bleach

Hi -

I followed the tutorial in this week's Weekly Inking and didn't get good results. I used good quality SU paper but the resulting stamp image was poor. I used ordinary Chlorox. Does it matter if the bleach has been sitting around for a while and isn't "fresh"?

Hi Linda,

Yes! That matters. Use the bleach when it's fresh out of the bottle. Otherwise it looses the bleaching power after a while.

Are there some colors such as Cameo Coral that do not bleach out? I have had good results with the plum colors but none with CC. The bleach was fresh out of the bottle (and the seal was opened yesterday). TFYH

Each cardstock bleaches out differently, so some do better than others.
