Default Window Card

Can anyone help me with the exact technique for the window card it is in the gallery under greetings galore. I like the way it looks like there is a glare on the window, but it seems to be paper folding or something to get that look. I am at a loss, I have searched here and the SU site and can't find directions. If it is simple and I am making it too hard I would be happy to know it. Thanks for your help

I didn't do the card, but maybe pm the person who posted it? It looks scored to me.
