Question flower pens?

Does anyone know how to make flower pens? I recently saw someone's post about how she puts them out for her orders at her workshops and I really want to try making them. I thought I printed out the directions but I can't find them anywhere :( :???:

I made up a bunch of these one day sitting watching TV, they are so quick and easy, I bought my supplies at the Dollar Store.

Here's a picture of some I make as gifts. That way you don't have to do a whole pot of them for someone!
