Is there a substitute for Lumiere

I don't have any lumiere and I'm wondering if there is something else I can mix in place of it. I want to try the faux mother of pearl technique.

Lumiere is basically a pearlescent fabric paint. You could probably try a different brand from Michael's or somewhere. It would definitely be a substitite though, not quite as good as the real thing. I ADORE Lumiere!
