Can anyone link me to or direct me to the fun foam stamping technique for cards? Thank you

Thanks Niki for the links. The actual technique I'm trying to locate uses your rubberstamps and somehow you stamp into fun foam and it gives you raised and flat parts of the stamp. Not sure if I'm making sense here but I know what it looks like.

Heat your fun foam with your heat gun. Press your image stamp into the warmed foam and hold down for about five second. The image will stay in the foam. Cut around it and use on card.
