Can someone explain the Streaking Technique
 

I saw a great card last night using this technique using word by word BG stamp........ I would love to know how this is done!!! Thanks in advance!! Darla

By the Way: When you are looking in the Techniques Forum the list is often very short. BUT, tons of available posts are really out there in cyberspace. Click on the spot that says "Search This Forum," type in a word and you should get all the threads that contain that word.
