Default how to get vibrant colors that pop out from the card

How do people do this with the Prismacolor colored pencils?

There are several (like hundreds by now, LOL) threads here about GAMSOL and PRISMACOLOR pencils. Do a search here in the forums - there are several wonderful, informative threads!
