Bunion surgery?

Anyone have a clever idea (and quick would be great) for a card to give a 20-something gal who's had bunion surgery? What I saw on Zazzle didn't excite me at all.

I saw a Shoebox card that was cute, with shoes all over the front. You could do that, and then make a sentiment on the front that says "Hooray!"

Inside print, "Now you're ready to step back into being fabulously you!"

Cute idea-thanks---how's the new Cuttlebug?

Something with a high heel on it?

"This is just another bump in the road."

Is that lame? My 8-year-old has a bunionette (little toe instead of big toe), so I am trying for amusing, not insensitive.

A foot shaped card?

How about "Now you will forget the agony of De-Feet"
