I am sorry but I do not have any samples to show. However, when I learned to do it, I just followed the directions and did it. Here is what I did.
I cut out white tissue paper the length of my candle and the width so that it wrapped all the way around. I then stamped on the tissue paper using regular classic ink pads. I used a tiny bit of mono adhesive to attach the tissue paper to the candle so it wouldn't fall off. Then, I took my heating tool, and held it on the candle. The was melts, and the tissue paper melts into the side of the candle. Hopefully I am making sense to you. It is really easy to do. I have never used any color candles but the white ones though because I was told by someone that sometimes the colored ones don't work. I do the white candles every Christmas to give to my child's teacher for Christmas. They turn out really cute.
Good luck!
