Question scalloped edge using a circle punch

I remember seeing a demo on making a scalloped edge using a circle punch but don't seem to be able to get it right. Does anyone have the directions to do this?

This is the way I saw that it can be done if you have access to SU! circle and scallop punches:
  • Punch a circle (1 3/8 circle punch) out of your CS that you want to use for your scallopped edge
  • Now line the (SU!) scallop punch around the hole on the CS and punch out what will look like a scallop with a hole cut in it.
  • Make just one cut on the side of the circle in between the scallops
  • Now start opening and straightening the scallop to make your new decorative edge

Hope this helps!
