Default Pearl Ex

i am kinda of new can anybody tell me what Pearl Ex is? It looks so sparkly!! and beutifull, can anybody tell me were to get them or does only stampin up sell them and how do you use them? Please tell me.

Other craft stores sell this product also. It is a very fine powder that you use as a color medium. You can either just use a stipple brush to brush it on or you can use luminiere paints. If you brush it on, you brush it where you want it and then wipe it off with a tissue or other soft item. To seal it you can spray it with aerosol hairspray. It is awesome to use with luminiere paint. You mix a little pearl ex (until you get the shade desired) with a small amount of lumineire paints and then paint it on with a paint brush. Using it with the lumineire paints does not require sealing.

You can also purchase the Pearl Ex Powders at Michael's or Joann's. Just wait until you have a 40% of coupon. They come in different sets of 12 for $24.99, but with the coupon it was only $14.99 for the set.
