Need help locating instructions...

I'm looking for instructions for something like the glitter bulbs but with these you stamp an image on tissue paper. You can get the image stamped on the tissue paper stick to the inside of the bulb with some sort of liquid then put the glitter in. I did this a few years ago and can not remember what the liquid was. I can't even find a picture to help you figure out what I'm talking about!! HELP, please!
