tag tri fold card

I need instructions or a pattern for the tri fold card made out of tags. Please I love this card but I can't figure out how to connect the tags or cut then=m to stay connected. Please help.

Well, I haven't made one, but from what I have seen, you would score and fold the card then cut the corners to make them look like tags.

Jana is right. They just "look like" tags but are really a folded strip of paper. Here is a link to a blog with a cute Tag Trifold and she includes measurements.....
"The cardstock measures 9" x 5-1/2" and is scored at 3" and 6"."
