Bag Topper How To?
 

Can someone tell me how to make a treat Bag Topper using PSP?
The cardstock toppers that go on baggies. I need to make them with a soccer theme.

I tried finding a tutorial on the site but can't find one.
Do I use a template and then fill it in?
PSP can be so hard to understand - :confused: - so a little help might help me!

okay I must be really outdated what is a psp? I must not own one or i would be able to help right but I am like curios george I just want to know what it is LOL ;) ~~Bluegirl~

could it be pre stamped paper? I know dp ---decorative paper cs---cardstock but i have never heard of psp.

She may be referring to Photo Shop Pro software.

I'm sorry ~ PSP is Paint Shop Pro. The program that I use, maybe I should say TRY tp use.
I thought maybe someone could tell me how to make a bag topper using paint shop pro.
