Question NEEDED: "Milk Paint" technique

I would love to know how to do the "milk paint" technique found here:

Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Does anyone know how to do this?

I don't subscribe to the TJN, but have gotten a similar result by lightly dragging a spot-size inkpad across a piece of cardstock. Based on the supplies listed, I'd suggest trying the Vanilla Craft and maybe a light brushing of the Close to Cocoa marker. Since the Vanilla Craft doesn't come in spot-size, you could try using a stipple brush or maybe one of those foam brushes to apply the 'wash' of the lighter color. If what you use is narrow enough, you can get a 'board' effect without having to use a ruler & a marker. Try playing around with what you have and see what you come up with!

YOu could also use the reinker and a foam paint brush.
