I have made a "box" like this once, and there really wasn't a pattern to it, you just stamp all that you want to have on it, and then you use post-it sheets to mask up the lines of the "box" and then you use a sponge or something like that and a a contrats color (or a darker colour for a shaddow effect) in the shape of lines on a box. Hope you understood what i meant!

Sandy Genovese did a DIY SCRAPBOOKING episode doing this folded box. Go to DIY SCRAPBOOKING search for episode SCB-321 and you can get the directions for how to make the nesting boxes. Really cool, fun to make!
