Altered tin using gift wrap
Has anyone ever used gift wrap to decorate or alter the card tin? I have a project due in a few days and no local stores carry the paper that I need (spongebob squarepants). And online ordering charges WAY TOO much for shipping, let alone to have it expedited. I totally thought it would be available locally, due to the popularity of this character.
PLEASE HELP ME! |

i never have done anything with giftwrap..but i would think you could use it the same way as a pattern paper.

I don't see why you couldn't. The only problem I can see is that it may be too thin. If so, just affix it to plain cardstock first (or after).
You'll have to let us know how it works out! |
I don't see why it wouldn't work, but liquid glue or modge podge will likely make it crinkle and bubble. Just use sticky strip to attach it and it should work fine.
